Overview:
Azhyre Apparel ships nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time:
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through The Courier Guy's website at thecourierguy.co.za.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Quarry@azhyre.co.za with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.
